We had the best experience doing the Ha Giang to Cao Bang tour. Just my partner and I were on the tour with our amazing Easy Riders Son & Thanh so the trip felt like our own private tour. With amenities like a swimming pool (available on the first night), karaoke (a favorite activity), and spacious common areas (for games such as pool and cards), you will have plenty of room to rest, socialize, and have fun with the group.
We offer flexible tour options, catering to individual, couple, or private group preferences. Critically, even if you are a solo traveler, we guarantee you will receive the full, immersive tour experience without compromise.
As we travel exclusively by motorbike, storage space is limited. We strongly recommend packing small backpacks or easily manageable bags. Please reconsider bringing large, bulky suitcases, as they may be difficult to accommodate.
Automatic scooters are generally not recommended for the highly undulating mountain roads due to limited braking control on steep descents. The gears on our semi-automatic bikes are crucial as they allow you to effectively control your speed and engine brake when going downhill. We provide a short, easy training session on the semi-automatic system, ensuring you quickly become proficient and confident riders.
When riding a motorbike, you are required to carry both your National Driving License and a valid International Driving Permit (IDP). The IDP must explicitly include the necessary endorsement for motorbikes (stamped A or A1 class).
Yes, we accept both cash and card payments. Cash payment is accepted directly at our office. Card payments (in-office) incur a 3% bank fee, while online payments via our website incur a 4% processing fee.

Yes, we accommodate mid-tour changes. You can switch to an Easy Rider at any point. Please note that an extra fee will apply, consisting of a daily rider rate (700,000 VND per person/day) plus a one-time fee of 500,000 VND to arrange the transport of your motorbike back to Ha Giang City.
No, you do not need to reserve the dorm separately. Once your Ha Giang Loop Tour booking is confirmed, your dorm bed (or room) accommodation is automatically secured at the same time.
